As part of the MER Vaccines Marketing Team, you'll contribute to our 130-year legacy of advancing vaccines for diverse age groups.


As the Performance and Insights Manager within the Consumer Activation and Conversion (CAC) Team for Vaccines, you will act as an experienced data and analytics leader who understands consumer activation data generated through media and has the skills and capability to provide the analysis and insights necessary to optimise the performance of campaigns and assets.

The position is headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland, however, we are offering flexibility to be based anywhere within the MER Region.


Main Responsibilities:

Data & Insights**- Leading Regional Market Research initiatives related to file data gaps to inform campaigns & effective targeting. Compile & analyse existing market research to better understand local realities and tailor approaches.

  • Implementing stringent Data governance protocols and leading analytics measurement reporting. Furthermore, providing essential Media Support and managing the Datorama platform for efficient and accurate data management and visualization.
  • Working intimately with the regional Data & Analytics (DnA) team to continually track and measure the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns across all markets. This involves the utilization of various analytics tools and techniques to dissect campaign performance data.

Performance measurement, dashboard & benchmark

  • Deploying a comprehensive regional measurement framework for all inmarket campaigns. This includes setting relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meticulously analysing, and optimizing campaigns based on realtime feedback and data. The actionable insights derived can then be communicated back to the regional CAC Lead and to markets for future improvements.
  • Interacting and collaborating with regional campaign & content effectiveness analysts to aggregate and compare campaign performance across multiple markets. This provides a holistic view of the marketing efforts and their impact.
  • Supporting the management of Datorama dashboards for selected markets. This includes coordinating data taxonomy, establishing robust data connections, and designing intuitive dashboards in partnership with both global and local market teams.
  • Designing, publishing, and distributing frequent performance reports to all relevant stakeholders. These reports should provide clear insights into campaign effectiveness, audience response, and areas of improvement. Regular distribution ensures all teams are kept up to date with the latest data and performance metrics, enabling informed decisionmaking.

Cross collaboration

  • Assisting in the creation of a centralized approach for the MER CAC Team. This aims to optimize the scaling of media processes and structures, enabling rapid inmarket innovation and effective tactical implementation, thus increasing the speed, impact, and efficiency of marketing efforts.
  • Working in partnership with the company International Content Engine and ACT teams, fostering a collaborative environment to enable the creation and delivery of optimal consumer experiences.
