**Digital Products Manager 80-100% (M/F/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- You lead the strategic development and execution of our digital product roadmap for both the international consumer and the international professional online shops, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product development, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development efforts.
- You continuously analyse market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape within our industry to identify opportunities, particularly in the realm of online shopping.
- You utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, optimize user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
- You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, user engagement, and ROI, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- You oversee and optimize processes within your area of responsibility.
- You work closely with stakeholders to manage requests, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- You stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- You bring proven experience (at least 4 years) in digital product management within the online retail/e-commerce sector.
- You possess a strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
- You demonstrate the ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to motivate them to work towards the same goal.
- You exhibit exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- You show the ability to challenge the status quo and be solution oriented.
