Mission:

Le Facility and investments Manager est en charge du fonctionnement sûr et efficace ainsi que de la maintenance de toutes les installations d'Euromaster en Suisse. Cela inclut la gestion des infrastructures, des services et des équipements des centres de service afin de garantir un environnement sûr et confortable pour nos employés, membres et sous-traitants.

Gestion de projet et coordination:

  • Collaboration avec le service financier pour coordonner ou réaliser des projets, rénovations et réaménagements en respectant les normes de qualité, les coûts, les délais, ainsi que les standards de santé et de sécurité.
  • Interlocuteur principal pour toutes les questions liées aux installations et maintien de relations solides et coopératives avec toutes les parties prenantes impliquées.
  • Interface avec les architectes et les conseillers en immobilier pour toutes les questions relatives aux spécifications.
  • Traduction des besoins opérationnels en langage technique pour les architectes et les entrepreneurs.
  • Établissement des connexions nécessaires à l'exécution de la maintenance des bâtiments

Gestion immobilière:

  • Assure la maintenance et la réparation efficaces et opportunes des bâtiments et des services (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, électricité, plomberie, etc.) dans les centres de service.
  • Visites régulières des points de vente pour évaluer les conditions de travail et inspecter les installations.
  • Amélioration continue des opérations de gestion des installations en identifiant et identifiant des opportunités de réduction des coûts et d'efficacité.
  • Gestion du budget de gestion des installations, y compris les dépenses, les estimations de coûts, les approbations et les autorisations.

Durabilité et gestion de l'énergie:

  • Mise en œuvre de pratiques et d'initiatives durables pour réduire l'empreinte écologique des installations.
  • Surveillance de la consommation d'énergie et mise en place de mesures d'économie d'énergie.

Gestion du parc de machines/équipements:

  • Gestion des parcs de machines et des ponts élévateurs sur l'ensemble du territoire, y compris l'inventaire et l'analyse des besoins (maintenance, réparation, remplacement, vente).

Gestion des unités mobiles:

  • Gestion de la flotte d'unités mobiles, remorques et chariots élévateurs sur l'ensemble du territoire suisse.
  • Réalisation d'inventaires et analyse des besoins en collaboration avec le service financier.

Votre profil:

  • Qualification professionnelle en gestion des installations.
  • Formation continue et développement professionnel.
  • Expérience avérée (au moins 3 ans) en gestion des installations ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de bâtiment et des pratiques de maintenance.
  • Gestion budgétaire et des fournisseurs.
  • Capacité à diriger des projets dans les délais et budgets impartis.
  • Connaissance des réglementations et normes pertinentes.
  • Compétences en analyse de données pour une prise de décision éclairée.
  • Excellentes connaissances de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des outils informatiques.
  • Capacité à diriger des équipes transversales.
  • Très bon niveau d'allemand et de français (obligatoire); anglais un plus
  • Déplacements quotidiens à prévoir sur le réseau Suisse (4 jours par semaine)
