We are looking to strengthen our Headquarters team with a:

Facility and Investments Manager

Responsibilities:

The Facility and Investments Manager oversees the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all Euromaster facilities in Switzerland. This includes managing infrastructure, services, and equipment in service centers to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our employees, members, and subcontractors.

Project Management and Coordination:

• Collaborating with the finance department to coordinate or execute projects, renovations, and redesigns while adhering to quality standards, costs, deadlines, and health and safety regulations.
• Primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, maintaining strong and cooperative relationships with all involved stakeholders.
• Liaising with architects and real estate advisors on specification-related issues.
• Translating operational requirements into technical language for architects and contractors.
• Establishing connections for building maintenance execution.

Property Management:

• Ensuring effective and timely maintenance and repair of buildings and services (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, etc.) at service centers.
• Regularly visiting retail points to assess working conditions and inspect facilities.
• Continuously improving facility management operations by identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Managing the facility management budget, including expenses, cost estimates, approvals, and authorizations.

Sustainability and Energy Management:

• Implementing sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce facility environmental impact.
• Monitoring energy consumption and implementing energy-saving measures.

Machinery/Equipment Fleet Management:

• Managing machinery fleets and lifting platforms nationwide, including inventory and needs analysis (maintenance, repair, replacement, sale).

Mobile Units Management:

• Managing the mobile unit fleet, trailers, and forklifts nationwide in Switzerland.
• Conducting inventories and needs analysis in collaboration with the finance department.

Your Profile:

• Professional qualification in facility management.
• Continuous training and professional development.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in facility management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Budget and supplier management.
• Ability to lead projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in German and French (mandatory); English is a plus.
• Daily travel required throughout the Swiss network (4 days per week).
