**Your role**
- Schätzen Sie den Kundenkontakt? Behalten Sie auch in turbulenten Zeiten stets einen kühlen Kopf? Wir suchen eine neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen, die/der uns im Front Office behilflich ist und gleichzeitig mithilft, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.
- Sie werden- die Kundenberater im Deutschen und Österreichischen Markt unterstützen
- kundenbezogene Tasks und Anfragen erledigen, Kundenmeetings und Geschäftsreisen vorbereiten sowie die vor
- und nachgelagerten Kontrollaufgaben erledigen- schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenkontakt haben
- als Schnittstellenpartner zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Middle Office, Group Operations, PQS, Fachspezialisten und externen Service Providern fungieren
- die tägliche Transaktionsverarbeitung und deren Überwachung durchführen
- komplexere Aufgabenstellung selbständig lösen und durch aktives Mitdenken und guter Koordination einen Mehrwert für das Team und die Kunden bieten

- Das Client Service Team unterstützt auf effiziente Weise die Kundenberater in WM Germany Intl. und WM Austria Intl. bei der Betreuung unserer internationalen Kundschaft. Wir sind ein junges und dynamisches Team, das auf Zusammenarbeit und Hilfsbereitschaft basiert, gerne die Extra-Meile geht und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch hat.

**Your expertise**
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über folgendes Profil:

- kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bank
- oder Finanzwesen- vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bankgeschäft und Vermögensverwaltungsprodukten
- Erfahrung in UBS Prozessen und Tools
- Gewandtheit im Umgang mit kultureller und sprachlicher Vielfalt
- Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sorgfältiges Arbeiten, auch unter Druck
- Englisch-Kenntnisse auf Business-Niveau
- ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss
