We Offer
Become part of our Client Formalities team for European HNWI & UHNWI clients in Zurich.

You have the opportunity to work on an on-call contract (hourly salary) with flexible working hours, which can be compatible with your studies, child care etc.

You will support various daily operational processes e.g., payments, lifecycle formalities and account openings as well as the creation and development of internal reports.

In addition, you will have daily contact with internal stakeholders. A great platform to build and develop your own network including
cross-divisional Front
- as well as Backoffice colleagues.

  • You Offer
You describe yourself as confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with multiple business partners is what you enjoy and motivates you.

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or first experience in a similar role within the financial
industry

  • Service and client oriented with a precise working style
  • High quality and accuracy in the execution of orders
  • Ability to cope with pressure as well as high level of flexibility and strong commitment
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products
  • Fluent in English and German, any other market language is a plus
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
