MAIN PURPOSE:


As part of the International Business Partnerships Team, in the role of
V.I.E - International Retail Partnerships Coordinator, you will support both the Retail Partners and Online Retail Partners teams at an International level and you will report to the Business Partnerships Director.

The length of this V.I.E assignment is
18 months and ideally starts in
October 2023, the position is based in
Meyrin (close to Geneva, Switzerland).



HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?:


  • Support the Retail Partnerships Team in the roll-out of their strategic projects as well as day-to-day operational tasks:

Support in the organisation of Watches and Wonders 2024;

  • Organize communication with markets along the key deadlines of the project;
  • Consolidate market feedbacks and requests;
  • Coordinate, control and support guest registration with FHH and markets;
  • Update monthly reporting and propose quarterly newsletters;
  • Prepare documents with markets prior to validation;

Contribute to animate the Retail Partners community:

  • Animate the Commercial Partnerships on Yammer (create posts showing best practices);
  • Send major industry updates related to partner's strategic moves;
  • Organize webinars and yearly gatherings with Partners community in markets;
  • Contribute to the organization of onboarding seminars, with markets as well with other headquarters teams;
  • Coordinate market visits preparation;
  • Update content on the internal tool dedicated to the Commercial Partnerships Community;

Reporting of Retail Partners activity:

  • Reporting on Retailization status and progress;
  • Reporting on best practices and consolidation of communication tables;

Support the Online Partnerships Team in the roll-out of their strategic projects as well as day to day operational tasks:

Cartier Partner Digital Gateway:

  • Help the Online Partnerships Team with the rollout of new Partner Digital Gateway worldwide;
  • Onboard markets and their partners on the solution;
  • Evaluate the websites of new partners looking to implement the tool;
  • Support the team with the development of new functionalities;
  • Make sure new functionalities work as expected;
  • Report bugs to development agency and confirm bug fixes;
  • Communicate the new functionalities to stakeholders;

Network reporting and update:

  • Ensure network and the digital solutions Monday boards are up to date;

Affiliates reporting and update:

  • On a monthly basis report on the Affiliates sales, coordinating with the markets to correct for returns;
  • Help on the business expansion of the program.

As an
International Retail Partnerships Coordinator, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation.

To be successful on this role, we expect that:

  • You are graduated from a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • You already had similar professional experiences in Commercial / Sales / Business Development in the Luxury Retail;
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You own strong analytical skills and rigor, and have a deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • You are highly collaborative and teamspirited and love to work in an international environment;
  • You demonstrate a high level of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality.
