Junior Admin Assistand -English speaking-Zurich

  • Market insight: Identify project leads based on profound insight into market trends, customer network, and competition landscape.
  • Gotomarket: monitor the quality of gotomarket documentation, adapt sales strategy to local conditions, and input market development toolkit for higher project win rate.
  • Project operation: design solution strategy and operate major projects.
  • Customer communication: identify customer core requirements and convert them to product solutions, establish trustworthy customer relationship, and influence customer decisions in project bidding.

Professional Knowledge

  • Product competency guiding: based on thorough market investigation, propose distinguished solution features and push for R&D implementation.
  • Requirements understanding and solution design: deeply understand the ICT architecture and business strategy of customers, translate customer's business needs into core ICT building requirements.

Skill requirement:

  • Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
  • High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German would be an asset
