Responsibilities

  • Manage postbooking processes for students to depart or at school
  • Manage flights, transfers and accommodation organization in relation with our schools and customers choices
  • Organize and lead predepartures meetings
  • Upsell on the phone and during facetoface consultations
  • Represent EF and meet customer expectations
  • Be a team player but also reach your individual goals

Requirements:

  • Organized and detailed orientated
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken personality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient French and B2 fluency in English
  • International experience (study/work)

Start Time:
August 1st **, 2023 or to be discussed

Type of Contracts:6 or 12 months internship - CHF 2'500. / month
