Responsibilities
  • Expand and enhance the IT consulting business through business development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the existing pool of consultants and niche service providers
  • Provide exceptional consulting services to clients, ensuring their requirements are met from planning to execution
  • Serve as a brand representative when interacting with clients, participating in events, and engaging in the market
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in IT consulting, IT sales, or temporary recruitment within the Swiss market
  • Outstanding communication abilities and emotional intelligence
  • Strong sales acumen and the capability to attract new clients
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of German would be advantageous
