**Rolle und Verantwortung**

Du berätst unsere beiden Co-CEOs bei allen Themen rund um HR und bist für diese Themen verantwortlich. Von HR-Administration und Lohnlauf bis hin zur Rekrutierung und Employer Branding kennst du dich aus. Du suchst eine breit gefächerte HR Aufgabe, die dir viel Abwechslung und Freiraum bietet. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und liebst ein dynamisches Umfeld. Du hast stets ein offenes Ohr und Verständnis für die Anliegen unseres Teams, setzt dich und deine Ideen für einen 'great place to work' ein und kommunizierst gekonnt auf allen Leveln. **Deine Verantwortung**
- Zentrale Ansprech
- und Vertrauensperson für unsere Mitarbeiter, Line Manager und C-Level
- Umfassende Beratung bei HR Themen wie Führungs-, Vergütungs
- und Qualifikationsthemen
- Aufbau eines starken Employer Brandings und HR-Strategie
- Analyse von HR-Trends (generell, branchenbetreffend und interne Trends)
- Aufbau eines attraktiven Benefit Pakets für unser Team und unsere Influencer:innen
- Ermittlung unseres Schulungsbedarfs und Ausarbeitung von Schulungsprogrammen für einzelne Mitarbeitende und ganze Teams
- Innoviere in Bezug auf unsere digitale HR-Strategie
- Abwickeln der gesamten Personaladministration für aktuell ca. 30 Mitarbeitende
- Verantwortung für die Personalrekrutierung
- Verantwortlich für die Lohnadministration (inkl. Lohnlauf) und Sozialversicherungen (unter anderem Unfälle, Krankheiten und Langzeitabsenzen)
- Umsetzung sowie Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse

**Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten**
- Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position oder langjährige Erfahrung als HR-Generalist
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Einführung eines Employer Brandings und HR-Strategie
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du setzt dich gerne mit den Themen Zusammenarbeit, Partnerschaft und Unternehmenskultur auseinander und bringst gute Ideen ein
- Sehr gute HR-Kenntnisse, fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting und Kenntnisse der Sozialversicherungs
- und Lohn-Themen, SwissSalary Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine vertrauensvolle und sozialkompetente Persönlichkeit Ausgeprägte Souveränität und Ansprechbarkeit auch während intensiven Arbeitsphasen

**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im HR Bereich (eidg. HR Fachmann/-frau oder gleichwertig)
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1 / C2 Niveau), die du regelmässig im schriftlichen und mündlichen Kontakt einsetzen kannst
