Unsere Kundin aus der **Ostschweiz **gehört zu einer internationalen, sehr erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe. Am Produktionsstandort in der Schweiz sind ca. 100 Mitarbeitende beschäftigt, die anspruchsvolle Kunststoffspritzgussteile und Komponenten herstellen. Die hohe Fachkompetenz der Mitarbeitenden und die modernen Produktionsanlagen sind die Basis für eine konstant gute und reproduzierbare Qualität und eine damit verbundene hohe Kundenzufriedenheit. Wir rekrutieren den zukünftigen **Betriebsleiter / Head of Operations (w/m/d)**.

**IHRE MISSION**

In dieser spannenden, anspruchsvollen und vielseitigen Führungsaufgabe tragen Sie massgeblich zur erfolgreichen und nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens bei. Zu Ihren spezifischen Aufgaben gehören die:

- Entwicklung, Förderung und Führung von 4 Direct-Reports und indirekt von insgesamt rund 60 Mitarbeitenden
- Planung der Massnahmen und Umsetzung der Geschäftspolitik
- Permanente Optimierung und Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit, Effizienz, Termintreue und Qualität
- Übergeordnete Kapazitäts-, Ressourcen
- und Produktionsplanung anhand der Verkaufs-Planzahlen und der definierten Wachstumsstrategie
- Planung und Budgetierung der Investitionen betreffend Produktionsanlagen und Personal in Absprache mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Umsetzung sämtlicher Richtlinien der Management-Systeme ISO 9001, 14001 und 16949 und Begleitung der entsprechenden Audits
- Kommunikation mit allen relevanten internen und externen Stellen

**IHR PROFIL**

Unsere Ausschreibung richtet sich an eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit. Sie verfügen über eine Grundausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe oder als Werkzeugmacher, ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium auf Stufe FH / HF oder eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung. Dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Führungserfahrung als Produktionsleiter oder als Betriebsleiter in der **Spritzgussindustrie** sind Sie in der Lage, Prozesse neu zu definieren und die Effizienz in der Fertigung zu steigern.

Sie überzeugen mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln und ausgeprägten kommunikativen, analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten. Dank Ihrer dynamischen Grundhaltung können Sie rasch, flexibel und pragmatisch auf neue Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse im Tagesgeschäft reagieren. Mit Ihren Kompetenzen und Ihrem gewinnenden Auftreten finden Sie rasch die Akzeptanz bei Mitarbeitenden, Kunden und Lieferanten. Sie zeichnen sich zudem durch Ihre Umsetzungs
- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie guten Allrounder-Qualitäten und einer Hands-on Mentalität aus.
