Wir im HR verstehen den Need unserer Units und nehmen unsere Rolle als interne Dienstleister*innen ernst. In deiner Rolle als Head of People Switzerland erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

- Strategische und operative Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der People Unit Schweiz bestehend aus acht Mitarbeiter*innen (Recruitment und HR Operations)
- Sparringpartner*in für Leadership Member sowie Career Coaches und «Begleiter*in» in deren Führungsaufgaben. Das heisst als vertrauenswürdige*r und kommunikationsstarke*r Gesprächspartner*in bist du für die Führungskräfte die Ansprechperson in HR-Themen und coachst sie bei Führungsfragen
- Verantwortung aller operativen HR-Themen und Gestaltung einer erstklassigen Mitarbeitererfahrung entsprechend dem gesamten Employee Life Cycle - von der Rekrutierung bis zum Austritt
- Sicherstellung der Betreuung von rund 400 Mitarbeiter*innen in der Schweiz an den Standorten Zürich, Bern und Lausanne
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung aller operativen HR-Prozesse und -Instrumente
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen auf Basis von und in Abstimmung mit der HR-Strategie
- Aktive Mitwirkung resp. Leitung von strategischen und globalen Projekten, Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung in der Schweiz
- Mitglied des globalen People Leadership Team und Mitgestaltung der globalen HR-Strategie und der jährlichen Roadmap

**Das suchen wir**:

- Eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche, juristische oder psychologische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im Human Ressource Management
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in HR
- Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Beratungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Team Player mit Drive, Eigenmotivation, Humor und Begeisterung für «People»
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch, verhandlungssicher in Englisch
