  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide valuable financial advice to senior management, influencing business strategies with thorough financial analyses.
  • Accounting Operations Management: Oversee daily accounting operations for accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis (Statutory): Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Ensure meticulous tracking and valuation of company assets in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance to optimize financial obligations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance accounting processes for efficiency and improved financial insights.
  • Internal Control Compliance: Work closely with the Corporate Controller group to ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact for external financial matters.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address financial risks, implementing strategies for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with CPA certification.
  • Fluency in French and English required, knowledge of German and Italian is a plus.
  • Extensive accounting leadership experience with a solid grasp of construction accounting practices.
  • Understanding of economic, tax, and banking processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated strategic thinker with the capacity to translate financial data into business strategies.
