Manager, Supply Access & Compliance


The Manager, Supply access & compliance will be responsible for overseeing the performance of EG's supply distribution to our Private Labels Partners.

In addition, he/she will be responsible for operationalizing specific distribution agreements or other key distribution-related initiatives.

This position will report to the Senior Manager Supply Access & Compliance. The position will be based in London, Geneva or Madrid. Relocation is not available.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze and monitor trends on the usage of our supply, overseeing both Supply partners and Private Label Partners dynamics
  • Assess overall performance. identify, size and recommend initiatives to maximize partners' growth
  • Deliver communications on performance & trends for senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Analyze and provide the recommendation on specific distribution requests. Obtain buyin & commitment from key stakeholders and various teams involved in execution.
  • Execute specific distribution requests from our Supply partners, working closely with our Commercial and Product teams
  • Manage key strategic supply access & compliance initiatives
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant parties across multiple parts of EG
  • Promote an environment where teamwork (both within the team and across the organization), open communication, engagement, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service are not only maintained but constantly improved
  • Other reasonable duties, as assigned

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience, with a preference for those with analytics and/or management consulting background
  • Experience using Tableau, Jira and SQL
  • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce desirable
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, design and execute. Resultsoriented, appetite for driving business impact
  • Is able to work effectively in a complex, diverse, changing environment. Adapts well and is energized by change
  • Works to understand both internal and external customer and supplier needs and develop plans to meet them
  • Strong teammate, ability to act as one team
