Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager

Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager

En tant que Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager vous serez amené à piloter et coordonner les activités opérationnelles de la Supply Chain incluant la gestion des prévisions, la gestion de la planification globale des opérations, la gestion des approvisionnements, la logistique (flux des matières et stockage), la gestion des commandes et de la distribution ainsi que tous les flux d'informations associés.

Vous aurez à collaborer avec de multiples départements (Production, Commerce, Marketing, Qualité, Affaires Réglementaires, Finances, IT, -) et des projets de grande envergure vous serons également attribués.

Mission globale

  • Gérer en direct une équipe de 5 personnes qui assure les activités listées dans les prochains paragraphes, ainsi qu'un département d'environ 25 collaborateurs
  • Participer au déploiement de la stratégie Supply Chain actuelle et à son évolution
  • Mettre en place et/ou suivre les KPI et metrics (OTIF, Inventory, Niveau de stock-) de son activité afin de favoriser l'amélioration continue
  • Piloter la démarche d'amélioration de son périmètre

Materials & Information flow management

  • Gérer et optimiser le fonctionnement de la Supply Chain sur les flux physiques (Kanban, gestion du transport inter site) et sur flux d'informations liés l'ERP en place (APS, MTO/MTS, Procurement, Inventory, MRP-)
  • Gérer et optimiser l'approvisionnement des matières premières, articles de conditionnement et tout autre article nécessaire à la production et services connexes :
    • S'assurer que le pilotage des approvisionnements des articles et matières premières soit sous contrôle et respecte les règles définies
    • Gérer et ajuster si nécessaire le MRP (Master Ressources Planning)
    • Assurer les approvisionnements en adéquation avec les contraintes de stockage et de péremption
  • Assurer la sécurité dans les zones de stockage en faisant appliquer les règles (Chariots élévateurs, accès, -)

Lead time management

  • Assurer le pilotage du SIOP process avec le support du SIOP / Demand planning Leader
  • Assurer la prise en compte des commandes clients et la distribution avec le support du service OMD (Order management & delivery)
  • Assurer le management de la demande Clients (Demand planning)
  • Assurer le management du Plan Directeur de Production / Master Production Schedule
  • Coordonner avec la production l'ordonnancement du planning afin de respecter les standards de couverture de stocks et d'encours
  • Assurer et gérer les Master Data de la Supply Chain
  • Mettre en œuvre une politique de gestion des stocks de MP/PF en relation avec les besoins

Inventory Management

  • Gérer les stocks physiques internes ou externes incluant le transport inter sites
  • Assurer la réception des articles et matières premières en collaboration avec le service Approvisionnement et le service Qualité
  • Assurer la préparation et l'approvisionnement des besoins en production
  • Assurer la préparation des commandes clients

Autres

  • Respecter et faire respecter les BPF dans son domaine d'activités
  • Effectuer toute autre mission particulière qui pourrait vous être demandée par la Direction

Votre profil

  • 10-15 ans d'expérience sur des postes similaires avec une position Senior
  • Management d'équipes éprouvé, Leadership et coaching
  • Connaissance de la Supply Chain : MRP, Gestion et optimisation des stocks, MTO/MTS, Gestiondu transport, approvisionnements, gestion de la planification
  • Connaissances de Systèmes Informatiques (Type SAP Business One, Planification, -)
  • Connaissances du domaine Medical Device ou Pharmaceutique seraient un vrai plus
  • Orienté résultats et travail en équipe
  • Connaissances Lean Manufacturing
  • Notions en management de projets
  • Français et Anglais courants
