Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is seeking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Lausanne. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and risks.

Responsibilities:

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to develop and implement supply chain strategies.

Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Forecast demand for products and materials to support production planning and inventory management.

Evaluate and optimize transportation and distribution networks to minimize lead times and costs.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply chain activities.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics and findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
