- Vous encadrez et supervisez l'équipe en formant le département Legal afin de garantir un suivi optimal des dossiers et activités et afin d'exploiter au mieux le potentiel des collaborateurs.
- Vous coordonnez la répartition des domaines d'activités et tâches du département Legal ainsi que, le cas échéant, au sein de la Banque, afin de garantir un suivi cohérent de ces activités relevant du domaine juridique.
- Vous gérez le budget du département Legal, notamment en analysant le besoin et l'utilité du recours à des conseils externes, afin de garantir une gestion viable et économique de ce budget.
- Vous participez à des projets, soutenez ou accompagnez les décisions stratégiques de la Banque d'un point de vue juridique, participer à la mise en place de nouveaux produits et services, afin d'identifier les risques juridiques éventuellement liés et contribuer d'une manière proactive au développement commercial de la Banque.
- Vous préparez et présentez, avec l'aide des collaborateurs, des reportings et/ou rapport d'activités relatifs aux domaines du département Legal afin de partager l'information nécessaire et utile sur les activités du département avec les différents interlocuteurs au sein de la Banque ou externes (autorités, etc.).
**Anforderungen**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en droit suisse et bénéficiez d'une ou plusieurs expérience(s) à un poste similaire. Vos compétences relationnelles et organisationnelles, votre sens de la communication ainsi que votre leadership naturel vous permettent de gérer une équipe juridique performante. Vous disposez d'une grande aisance relationnelle, de capacités de négociation, d'un bon esprit d'initiative et d'un sens des responsabilités développé. De plus, votre intérêt et votre capacité d'adaptation vous permettent d'évoluer dans un contexte de travail exigeant. De langue maternelle française ou allemande, vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances de l'autre langue (C1) et avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
