Aufgaben

In dieser vielfältigen, kommunikativen Rolle als «Chef-Jurist/-in» und Brückenbauer/-in mit Management
- und Führungsaufgaben, direkt dem CEO unterstellt, leiten und gestalten Sie vollumfänglich das unternehmensweite Legal & Compliance mit folgenden Hauptaufgaben:

- Führen, fördern und coachen des Teams mit 5-6 Mitarbeitenden mit individueller Weiterentwicklung, persönlich und fachlich
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines bereits gut aufgestellten Legal & Compliance
- Sicherstellen der unternehmensweiten Einhaltung von Compliance und rechtlichen Anforderungen
- Implementierung, Überwachung und Einhaltung von gesetzlichen, regulatorischen und internen Vorschriften
- Beurteilung und Abwicklung sämtlicher Rechtsfragen der Unternehmung und juristische Beratung von VR, GL und den Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellen eines optimalen Schnittstellen-Managements dank einer aktiven, transparenten, unternehmensweiten Kommunikation mit allen Anspruchsgruppen
- Vertretung der Unternehmung in Rechtsfragen gegen aussen
- Koordination der aufsichtsrechtlich relevanten Geschäfte mit der FINMA und deren erste Ansprechperson

Qualifikation

Lic.iur. / MLaw mit Anwaltsexamen - erfahrene, versierte Führungsperson mit Ausstrahlung - kommunikativ - Erfahrung in Finanzmarktrecht oder gar im Bereich Lebensversicherung

Sie verfügen über folgendes Profil, um als Jurist/-in / Anwalt/Anwältin in dieser kommunikativen Schnittstellenrolle unternehmensweit einen Schlüsselbereich engagiert und nachhaltig zu führen und mitzugestalten:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als lic.iur. / MLaw mit Anwaltsexamen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung eines Teams, idealerweise von Fachspezialisten (m/w)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Compliance & Legal, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich, in anderen stark regulierten Branchen oder im Bereich Lebensversicherung
- Neugierig, mit kritischem Blick für Compliance und rechtliche Fragen aller Art, mit «Out-of-the-box»-sowie ein «Big Picture»-Denken
- Gewandte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und Mut, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und vorhandenen Gestaltungsräume zu nutzen und Verbesserungsideen einzubringen
- Aufgestellte, gewinnende, präsentationssichere Persönlichkeit mit frischem Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, diplomatischem Geschick und Integrität
- Kommunikativ, kontaktfreudig und integrierend, doch ebenso strukturiert mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen, grosser Leistungsbereitschaft, Beharrlichkeit und Agilität
