**Junior Legal Counsel Life Science Business 50-100%**

Männedorf, Zurich

**Your contribution**
In this challenging and important role, you will provide legal support for:
- The EMEA Operations of the Life Science Business (LSB) with reviewing of terms & conditions of sale;
- reviewing and drafting of co-marketing
- and consulting-agreements; contract management of Tecan’s Global Distribution Business- The Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) with reviewing of Data Protection Agreements (DPA’s); maintaining Tecan’s processing registry and handing data protection related customer questionnaires
- General Counsel with insurance portfolio management and corporate matters

**Your background**

- Degree in Law (BS/MS/Dr) or conversion to Paralegal
- Hands-on practical experience in a law firm / inhouse support role
- Experience in contract management

- Facilitate the business by adopting a risk-based, but commercially oriented approach
- Committed to delivering projects within agreed time frames
- Team player with a global mindset and great communication skills able to collaborate effectively
