Als Head 'Group Governance & Compliance' bist du zusammen mit 'Group Legal' verantwortlich für die gruppenweite Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, Prozesse zu entwickeln und zu optimieren, zu implementieren und zu überwachen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Unternehmenstätigkeiten gruppenweit den gesetzlichen, regulatorischen und internen Vorschriften entsprechen und ethischen Standards genügen.

Deine Verantwortung
  • Sicherstellung der gruppenweiten Corporate Governance und Compliance
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Corporate Governance & Compliance Richtlinien und -Verfahren: Du bist für die Festlegung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Richtlinien und Verfahren verantwortlich, die sicherstellen, dass das Unternehmen Gesetzen und regulatorischen sowie gruppeninternen Vorschriften entspricht. Dabei berücksichtigst Du sowohl nationale als auch internationale rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Beratung, Schulung und Sensibilisierung: Du berätst zusammen mit dem Team sämtliche Segmente und Gruppenfunktionen im Unternehmen bezüglich Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Corporate Governance und Compliance. Du entwickelst und optimierst Schulungsprogramme und führst Schulungen durch, um das Bewusstsein für Corporate Governance und Compliance sowie ethisches Verhalten im gesamten Unternehmen zu stärken.
  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung: Du überwachst die Einhaltung der geltenden Corporate Governance- und Compliance-Vorschriften und definierst Maßnahmen zur Erreichung dieses Ziels. Zudem erstellst Du regelmässige Berichte für das Management und den Verwaltungsrat. Du identifizierst etwaige Verstösse und entwickelst geeignete Massnahmen zur Korrektur.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern: Du arbeitest eng mit sämtlichen Segmenten und Gruppenfunktionen im Unternehmen sowie mit externen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. Aufsichtsbehörden und Revisionsstellen, zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Governance- und Compliance-Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
Deine Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften (Master). Anwaltspatent und LL.M. erwünscht
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und ausgewiesene Expertise im Bereich Corporate Governance & Compliance einer international tätigen Allbranchenversicherung- oder eines Finanzunternehmens
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Governance und Compliance Strukturen und -Prozessen in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und einfach zu vermitteln
  • Stilsichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Spanisch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer mit guten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten sowie geschickter Umgang mit unterschiedlichen und anspruchsvollen Interessengruppen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Integrität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
