**Über die Position**:
In dieser Position wirst Du die fachliche wie auch die personelle Führung des Strategic Information Security Bereiches übernehmen. Du berichtest an Head of Enterprise Architecture and Applications und führst ein kleines Team mit 2 Mitarbeitenden. Du bist ein Mitglied des mittleren Managements und unterstützt alle Fachbereiche der Geschäftseinheiten und innerhalb der IT Bell Food Group in der Idee-, Vorprojekt
- und Projektphase von IT Vorhaben bezüglich Informationssicherheit.
**Du kannst Dich auf die folgenden Aufgaben freuen**:
- Aufbau und (Weiter-) Entwicklung der ICT Security Architecture & Governance mit den Zielen
- Transparenz über die IST- und SOLL-Architekturen zu schaffen
- Mittels Standardisierung und Harmonisierung eine kosteneffiziente, zuverlässige und agile ICT Security Landschaft zu schaffen
- Die Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsstrategien zu erfüllen
- Die Konformität von Vorhaben mit den SOLL-Architekturen (Richtlinien) sicherzustellen
- Laufende Überwachung der Bedrohungslage, Identifizieren und Bewerten von Sicherheitsrisiken im ICT-Umfeld und Massnahmen ableiten
- Überprüfen und Überwachen der Sicherheitsvorgaben bezüglich Wirksamkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Alarmieren und Rapportieren bei Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Planung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits
- Bewusstsein der Mitarbeiter für Informationssicherheit durch Trainings und Kampagnen auf hohem Niveau halten
- Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten sicherstellen
**Die Stelle passt gut zu Dir, wenn Du dies mitbringst**:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich ICT Security
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in Team
- und Projektleitung
- Erarbeitung von Präsentationen für das Management sowie von IT-Sicherheitshandbüchern und Richtlinien
- Die Fähigkeit zur Risikoeinschätzung; Du triffst angemessene Massnahmen entsprechend der ermittelten Risiken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
- Du bewahrst auch in kritischen Situationen die Ruhe und triffst Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage von Fakten
- Analytisches Denken, rasche Auffassungsgabe und eigenständiges, methodisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
