- Betreuung von IT-Auszubildenden und Praxisausbilder/innen
- Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business, Praxisausbilder/innen und Auszubildenden
- Rekrutierung von Auszubildenden, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von verschiedenen internen/externen Anlässen und Schulungen
- Beratung und Betreuung von verschiedenen Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Nachwuchsprogrammen
- Arbeit an Ausbildungselementen und aktive Einbringung beim Aufbau neuer Lernformate

**Your expertise**
