Your Team

Technology & Operations: design and integrate software applications from portfolio management to banking services, responsible for key innovations and sustaining business operations.

We are looking for a new team member to join Funds Middle Office & Trade Processing team within the Technology & Operations division.

As a part of the team, your main task will be processing investment fund operations conducted by our fund trading desk for clients across all Pictet group entities.

Your Role
  • Process and control transactions related to Investment Funds.
  • Understand products, flows, and banking systems.
  • Perform controls linked to the activity.
  • Handle complex transactions.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Identify and suggest improvements.
Your Profile
  • University degree in Law, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of banking industry experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
  • Must be a resident of Switzerland.

Highly motivated and adept at handling stress, with a passion for numbers and complexity. You are methodical in problem-solving, show flexibility in dynamic environments, and are committed to risk management and client satisfaction. You excel at working independently and as part of a team.

In addition to your problem-solving skills, risk management and client satisfaction are your top priorities.
