Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients le profil suivant :Product & Growth Manager

1. Gestion de l'équipe
- Embaucher, coacher et contrôler
- Contrôler que les processus soient documentés et mis à jour
- Assurer l'efficacité des processus
- Assurer un traitement efficace des fournisseurs locaux ou internationaux

2. Développement de produits et de fonctionnalités
- Traduire la stratégie commerciale en stratégie produit et en feuille de route produit.
- Concevoir le business model, proposer des spécifications de produit et des analyses de
rentabilité avec un scénario de retour sur investissement (comparaison avec la
concurrence - prix, expérience utilisateur, fonctionnalités)
- Concevoir la spécification technique de bout en bout (Stack IT, diagramme de séquence
Web, parcours de l'utilisateur, intégration API, tracking, monitoring)
- Construire et gérer le backlog du produit, l'amélioration continue de la qualité basée sur
la connaissance humaine et des données, le parcours du client, la gestion du cycle de vie
du produit, le reporting
- Sélection des fournisseurs - RFI/ RFP - contrat
- Gérer le projet de développement (amélioration du produit ou des fonctionnalités)
- Diriger la livraison d'un produit/service rentable en 6 langues, du modèle d'entreprise et
de la proposition de cas jusqu'au lancement sur le marché (avec la mise en place d'un
processus et d'un suivi des performances)
- Mettre en œuvre la première configuration des nouveaux services
- Documenter et remettre au Product Junior avec contrôle / checklist

3. Pricing
- Définir et atteindre les objectifs annuels de marge.
- Analyser le rapport mensuel des bénéfices par ligne de produits et identifier les actions
correctives.
- Définir une nouvelle stratégie de prix et d'offre dans un marché concurrentiel et à faible
coût.
- Contrôler l'allocation budgétaire annuelle.

4. Croissance
- Définir le processus de collecte des données relatives à la connaissance du client.
Analyser et optimiser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et les paramètres relatifs
aux ventes, aux produits et à la rentabilité.
- Analyser et optimiser les indicateurs "AARRR" (Acquisition, Activation, Rétention,
Référence, Revenu). Appliquer des techniques de marketing pour engager la base
d'utilisateurs. Analyser et améliorer l'entonnoir d'achat, mettre en œuvre les
changements.
- Améliorer les performances de notre entonnoir de vente. Définir les améliorations du
produit et l'automatisation du marketing pour maximiser le taux de conversion à chaque
étape de l'entonnoir et les revenus.
- Gérer, contrôler et analyser la communication et la performance des campagnes
(SEO/SEA, SMO/SMA, Referral, Marketing Automation).
- Proposer des stratégies de croissance pour assurer les objectifs de croissance dont il est
responsable.

Master en HEC ou ingénierie, spécialisation ou expérience dans le domaine des
télécommunications, expérience en digital transformation
- Français et anglais, niveau écrit et oral C1 minimum certifié. L'allemand est un
sérieux plus
- Expertise en gestion d'équipe et de projet.
- Bonne connaissance des technologies de communication mobile de bout en bout
- Excellente connaissance des outils de tarification et de reporting
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, PowerBI)
- Expérience confirmée : 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produits
- Connaissance approfondie des opérations, des processus et des outils de télécommunication
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Orienté vers les résultats
- Rigoureux et axé sur la qualité
- Proactivité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe
- Respect des directives de l'entreprise
