Your team


Together with other HR Operations professionals, in close cooperation with the HR Managers and other colleagues, you will be supporting our legal entities in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the full HR operations cycle.

Your mission

  • Managing HR administration tasks over the full employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Preparing documentation (e.g. employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, work confirmations)
  • Managing employee data in SAP HCM system including electronic employee files management
  • Addressing employees' requests and questions
  • Managing payroll tasks and act as point of contact for our external payroll provider
  • Deputizing for the Head of HR Operations and Payroll CH
  • Optimizing processes and participating to global HR projects.

Qualifications:

What you need

  • At least 4 years of working experience in HR Operations/Payroll/Generalist role
  • Knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security system and immigration/work permit processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
  • High level of attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Reliable, responsible and customeroriented personality.

You will get extra points for the following

  • Advanced knowledge of German is a great plus, as well as knowledge of Italian and/or French
  • SAP HCM experience
