Join us as a Founder of our 'new' SandozSandoz is looking to recruit a Company Administration Manager:
The Company Administration Manager will provide key support activities in the area of paralegal, document management and company administration governance, while supporting the team on a need basis.
Manages assigned projects as may be required.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Efficient Document Management: oversee the document flow with involved stakeholders and coordinate signatures, ensure contract lifecycle management.
- Draft and maintain required internal documentation.
- Assist in activities related to company governance, including board member nominations, general shareholders meetings, and company resolutions.
- Meeting Management: prepare and manage meeting minutes and protocols, following up on action items.
- Supports the team in various activities, including organizing team meetings, events, and committees.
- Facilitate crossfunctional communication and alignments.
- Manage projects within your area of responsibility under supervision.

- Swiss Matura plus business experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable education
- Previous experience in administrative/team support roles
- Basic legal training or equivalent experience
- Fluent in German and English written and verbal
- Familiarity with legal terminology
- Strong organizational skills for record and file management
- Ability to work independently, confidently, and in alignment with set objectives
- Well organized, can prioritize effectively
- Collaborative and a strong team player
