Ihre Aufgaben
- Elektronische Erfassung, Überwachung und Verwaltung von Kundendaten
- Unterstützung des Mandatsleiters bei den täglichen Verwaltungsaufgaben von Trusts, Gesellschaften und Stiftungen
- Unterstützung im Zahlungsverkehr inklusive Überwachung und Ablage von Dokumenten sowie Führen von Kundendossiers
- Austausch der administrativen Korrespondenz mit Geschäftspartnern, Kollegen und Kunden in englischer Sprache
- Unterstützung des Teamleiters und der Senior Mandatsleiterin bei verschiedenen Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertig
- 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Trust und Gesellschaft Administration
- Flexible und proaktive Persönlichkeit, die gerne im Team arbeitet und Interesse an digitalen Prozessen hat
- Zuverlässig, selbständig, genau und gewissenhaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind eine Bereicherung
