Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Group COO on strategic and operational projects and initiatives.
  • Act as the secretary for executive committee (excom) meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate the client's project portfolio, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans aligned with organizational goals.

Your skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry.
  • Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of professional firm operations.
  • Master's degree in economics, management, or law.
  • Fluent in English and German, French is considered a plus.
