  • Unterstützung des COO in allen planerischen Aufgaben (Prozess-Lead) wie Koordinieren, erstellen und finalisieren von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Berichten und managementkonformen Präsentationsunterlagen
  • Entwerfen, bearbeiten und Korrekturlesen von Korrespondenz und Besprechungsmaterialien
  • Koordination und Organisation von Meetings und Workshops

Was du mitbringst
  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) im technischen oder BWL Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung als strategische Assistenz im Technologie-Umfeld oder als Unternehmensberater*in
  • Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, im Projektmanagement oder in der Unternehmensberatung
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten und ein Gespür für die Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen, gepaart mit einem hohen Mass an Diskretion
  • Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit, behältst stets den Überblick und legst grossen Wert auf Qualität, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
