Per sofort suchen wir eine*n qualifizierte*n Mitarbeiter zur Unterstützung/Leitung unserer wöchentlichen Produktion. Die Stelle ist stundenweise besetzt (ca. 20 % pro Woche) auf Abruf. Übersicht:
Als stundenweise beschäftigter Mitarbeiter in der Lebensmittelproduktion spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle im Produktionsprozess und gewährleistest die Qualität und Konsistenz unserer Produkte. Du wirst eng mit einem kleinen Team zusammenarbeiten, um verschiedene Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Zubereitung, Verpackung und Qualitätskontrolle der Produkte ausführen. Aufgaben:
- Zubereitung von Zutaten und Rezepten gemäß den festgelegten Richtlinien und Rezepten.
- Unterstützung des Produktionsteams bei verschiedenen Aufgaben, einschliesslich Mischen, Kochen, Wiegen, Fermentieren und Verpacken von Lebensmitteln.
- Überwachung der Produktqualität während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses und Sicherstellung, dass die Qualitätsstandards und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden.
- Aufrechterhaltung einer sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsumgebung, einschließlich der ordnungsgemäßen Reinigung von Geräten und Arbeitsbereichen zur Einhaltung der Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards.
- Mithilfe bei der Bestandsverwaltung, z. B. bei der Rotation der Bestände, der Überwachung der Zutaten und der Auffüllung der Vorräte nach Bedarf.
- Einhaltung aller Lebensmittelsicherheits
- und Hygieneprotokolle sowie an der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern, um die Produktionsziele zu erreichen und zu einem positiven und unterstützenden Arbeitsumfeld beizutragen.
Voraussetzungen:
- Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelproduktion oder einem verwandten Bereich sind erforderlich. Einige Erfahrungen mit Geräten der Gastronomie sind von Vorteil. - Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Engagement für die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards.
- Fähigkeit, Anweisungen zu befolgen und in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.

- Flexibilität bei der Zeitplanung, um Teilzeitarbeit zu ermöglichen.

- Körperliche Fähigkeit, über längere Zeit zu stehen, bis zu 20 kg zu heben und zu tragen und sich wiederholende Aufgaben auszuführen.
- Sie sollten in der Lage sein, selbständig und pünktlich nach Pfäffikon zu kommen.
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
