As Procurement is going through its own transformation, we are looking to implement a new source to pay (S2P) software which will cover sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, ordering and invoicing.

The role is to cover the project management, design, content creation and testing.

Reporting Lines & Interactions


Breakdown of main responsibilities- Act as the overall project manager from kick-off to go-live.- In collaboration with selected partner, run design workshops to define requirements, workflows and configuration needs.- Secure relevant resources and stakeholders for providing current state and reviewing future process designs.- Collect and / or create content such as catalogues, contract documents for upload into the system.- Responsible for managing internal communications and change management- Administer entire training program- Responsible for solution testing (UAT), manage testers, organize review of test scripts- Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day project execution- Be the owner of all internal process maps and supplier enablement.- Review use of P-card and implement process improvements.- Other responsibilities to be defined as the scope of work will be finalized.- His/her ability to assess current procurement operations and define process improvements.- Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders to sell the procurement future state.- Ability to solve requests and issues in a timely manner to drive stakeholder satisfaction.- Ability to drive implementation and respect agreed planning.- Ability to challenge status quo and propose solutions to stakeholder satisfaction.

- Ability to successfully work in a team of dedicated professionals


Preferred Requirements and Experience years' prior relevant procurement experience- Previous experience in procurement software implementation (S2C and/or P2P),- Previous experience in sourcing of indirect categories.

IT, HR, Travel and Facilities is ideal.- Strong analytical skills. Ease with data collection and analysis.- Strong work ethic and sense of compliance, communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail, problem-solving- Operational excellence, customer satisfaction and very important a"can-do" attitude
