**Vos tâches**
- Tu es responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et de la politique commerciales dans le grand magasin.
- Tu réalises activement des benchmarks avec d'autres sites et la concurrence.
- Tu présentes activement de nouvelles propositions de changements locaux et stratégiques.
- Tu es responsable de la réalisation des objectifs annuels de budget et de performance.
- Tu connais les éléments pertinents d'un P&L ("pertes et profits") et tu peux les gérer activement (marge de vente, marge brute, contribution, etc.).
- Tu garantis une organisation orientée vers le client et un flux de marchandises irréprochable.
- Tu analyses les chiffres clés et tu définis à partir de ceux-ci des plans d'action pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires et coordonner et mettre en œuvre les processus dans le grand magasin.
- Tu identifies et exploites avec succès les potentiels d'offres locales.
- Tu es responsable du respect des dispositions légales et des directives internes.
- Tu diriges les cadres subordonnés ainsi que leur équipe et tu incarnes activement les valeurs de l'entreprise.
- Tu crées une équipe dynamique, motivée et performante. De plus, tu identifies et soutiens activement les jeunes talents sur ton site.
- Tu assures une mise en œuvre correcte du calendrier commercial et des saisonnalités sur le point de vente (promotions, affichages des prix, zoning, visual merchandising etc.).
- Tu es capable de gérer et de mettre en œuvre un projet et des transformations de manière autonome.
- Tu planifies et réalises les priorités du calendrier commercial sur le point de vente (promotions, étiquetage des prix, zoning, merchandising visuel, etc.)

**Vous apportez**
- Tu possèdes une formation supérieure et/ou des études supérieures dans le domaine commercial.
- Tu possèdes déjà plusieurs années d'expérience de management et de direction dans le retail ou dans l'industrie FMCG.
- Tu connais l'utilisation de systèmes de gestion des marchandises comme Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou SAP.
- Tu as déjà eu par le passé une unité responsable du chiffre d'affaires et des frais de personnel et tu as assuré à ce qu'ils soient respectés.
- Tu séduis par ta capacité à comprendre rapidement les choses, par ton ouverture d'esprit et par l'énergie positive que tu dégages.
- Tu communiques de manière sûre et adaptée avec différents groupes cibles (Stakeholder Management)
- Tu parles couramment le français. Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais
- Tu es mobile et disposé-e à changer de lieu de travail en Suisse.
- Tu es capable de garder ton calme et une vue d'ensemble dans les situations mouvementées et tu peux avoir une influence positive sur les collaborateurs-trices grâce à ta très bonne gestion du stress.
- Tu es capable d'aborder les problèmes de manière structurée et de développer des concepts de solutions.
- Tu as une forte orientation vers la vente et la clientèle et tu convaincs par ta mentalité pragmatique.
