**Ihr Aufgabengebiet****:

- Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden administrativen Themen
- Agenda
- und Sitzungsmanagement
- Support bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung der GL/VR und PRA-Sitzungen und Unterlagen
- Vollständige Organisation der «CPL Schulung Basic und AML for New Joiners»
- Erstellung des monatlichen Infoflashes
- Erstellung von Power Point Präsentationen
- Erstellung und Versand des monatlichen CRO Newsletter
- Organisation und Durchführung von diversen Meetings, Anlässen und Events
- Travelmanagement
- Organigramm und Compliance Homepage verwalten

**Ihr Profil****:

- Belastbare und integre Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent
- Teamorientiert, hilfsbereit, vertrauenswürdig und verschwiegen
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette
- Angenehme Umgangsformen und positive Lebenseinstellung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
