For our Markets & Banking Operations Compliance team we are looking for a Zurich-based market conduct monitoring specialist, who will be acting as a functional lead for insider monitoring and trade surveillance globally.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Set clear priorities, support and motivate a dynamic, diverse, and growing team as a functional lead for market conduct monitoring Proactively engage, partner, and effectively communicate within the organisation and with governing bodies to maintain and further build up the credibility of the firm Responsible for reporting and escalation of potential breaches, sensitive cases or delays to the relevant stakeholders Cooperate with other subject matter experts within or outside CRO in the assessment of specific cases Ensuring Compliance to Insider Trading Regulations Ensuring Compliance to Front-, Parallel-, and After Running Regulations Ensuring Compliance to Market Manipulation Regulations Acting as Single Point of Contact for Legal & Administrative cooperation with regard to Market Abuse (as required by FINMA)

YOUR PROFILE

Strong decisive, result-oriented manager of change projects with the ability to execute in a disciplined manner Strong communication skills to deal with our employees and stakeholders on different management levels Exhibit sound judgment and discretion Attention to details and with strong follow up skills Flair for IT and other information utility or database know-how is an advantage Proven track record as a functional lead or change project lead 4 - 7 years of professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in the area of Markets Compliance or Compliance Control Room University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferable in Economics, Legal, Audit, or Finance, alternatively another higher education with a strong career development
