- Quello che potete mettere in movimento.
- Condurrete il gruppo di lavoro IT e Data Management del Project Office, composto da rappresentti di tutte le quattro sedi svizzere. Proporrete soluzioni di miglioramento, elaborerete piani di sviluppo e porterete avanti le tematiche e l'implementazione dei progetti IT.
- Organizzerete e gestirete corsi di formazione per rafforazre le competenze informatiche dei collaboratori (ad esempio Fit4Digital e Fit4PO).
- Supporterete e consiglierete i clienti ed il team di direzione nelle questioni IT, fungendo da interfaccia con le altre unità aziendali coinvolte negli sviluppi IT.
- Riferirete costantemente ai vari organi di direzione e di specicalisti sulle questioni in sospeso ed in corso di sviluppo, d'implementazione nell'area IT e nella gestione dei dati.
- Svilupperete ed implementerete gli standard dei metodi di lavoro nelle attività di progetto e sarete responsabili della gestione degli archivi e dei requisiti dei progetti in collaborazione con i responsabili della sede.
- Quello che portate con voi.
- Avete una forte affinità con l'IT e i metodi di collaborazione digitale (Collaboration Tools, Office 365) e preferibilmente avete già esperienza nella gestione di progetti.
- Avete un'ampia conoscenza e interesse per le applicazioni IT esistenti e future e agite con un atteggiamento orientato alla soluzione e al risultato.
- Siete in grado di affrontare situazioni complesse e di anticipare i problemi di business e di sviluppo IT.
- Vi distinguete per le vostre eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con gli Stakeholder.
- Parlate tedesco (almeno B2) e avete un'ottima conoscenza di un'altra lingua nazionale (francese o italiano).
