As the EMEA Digital Campaigns Lead, you will be an integral part of our DTC digital team, where innovation and performance meet. This role requires a keen eye for digital strategy as you spearhead marketing campaigns across the region, ensuring seamless integration across various touch points within the regional marketing team, B2B partnerships, and direct-to-consumer ecosystem. We seek a self-motivated individual who can conceptualize and execute digital campaigns, leveraging diverse channels to engage consumers and drive brand growth, revenue, and retention. You will contribute to a dynamic team culture that prioritizes consumer-centricity and data-driven decision-making, translating insights into impactful initiatives for enhanced performance.

Your Mission
  • Drive regional and support global marketing campaigns with a digital focus, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints (onsite, channels, app, marketplaces, b2b partners)
  • Source assets and copy from regional activations, aligning timelines between global and regional initiatives
  • Support marketplace needs with brand campaigns and ongoing activities, maintaining consistency across digital platforms
  • Adapt global activations for EMEA markets, maintain editorial excellence, and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, manage budgets, and provide campaign debriefs to relevant teams
Your story
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a campaign focused role within the digital marketing realm
  • You are familiar with paid channel activations, including working with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • You have exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
