On behalf of our client, a bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Leader Agile - Compliance Topics.

Main responsibilities
***- Manage the overall project management for diverse compliance deliverables.

  • Facilitate project ceremonies and ensure their successful execution.
  • Ensure project compliance with governance and mínimal standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple topics concurrently, setting appropriate priorities.
  • Engage in close interaction and coordination with various stakeholders, including IT and Business teams.
  • Handle administrative aspects of projects, including reporting and financial controlling.
  • Utilize effective presentation and communication skills to convey project updates and information.
  • Demonstrate a fast learning curve and the ability to understand the business context.
  • Communicate with Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and technical stakeholders as necessary.
  • Leverage experience in Risk or Compliance projects to enhance project management efforts.

Your skills:

  • Proven experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets exceeding 1 million CHF using agile and waterfall/classic methodologies.
  • Capability to manage multiple topics simultaneously while effectively prioritizing.
  • Enjoyment of close interaction and coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to handle administrative aspects of projects, including reporting and financial controlling.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and understand the business context.
  • Proficiency in communicating with CRO and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Risk or Compliance projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies, preferably SAFe.
  • Project management certification.
  • Agile certification, with preference for SAFe.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English, German would be a plus.
