Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux de la région.
- Représenter les produits de notre société (Protective Coatings), en commençant par une compréhension profonde et complète et suivie d'une recherche sur les consommateurs afin d'identifier comment nos solutions répondent aux besoins des clients.
- Réaliser les objectifs de vente de la semaine, du mois et de l'année par la mise en œuvre efficace de stratégie de vente et de marketing.
- Générer des pistes et établir des relations, en planifiant et en organisant le programme de travail quotidien pour contacter les clients existants ou potentiels.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'action pour le territoire en analysant les données de manière approfondie et en ajustant les techniques de vente en fonction des interactions et des résultats sur le terrain.
- Entretenir des relations de travail avec les clients existants afin d'assurer un service exceptionnel, la satisfaction des clients et l'identification de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
- Établir des relations et un réseau solide avec les clients non-acheteurs (par exemple, les prescripteurs, les architectes, les concepteurs, les ingénieurs, les instituts et les organismes publics).

**Votre profil**
- Minimum 3-5 ans dans la vente, de préférence sur le marché suisse des revêtements de protection.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles, solutions aux problèmes, présentation, négociation et organisation.
- Connaissance des logiciels CRM et MS-Office.
- Intégrité personnelle.
- Possibilité de travailler à partir du bureau à domicile.
- Capacité à voyager au moins 75% dans la région suisse.
- Compétences linguistiques Français (langue maternelle) et la langue allemande.
- Résident dans la zone de vente.
