Immobilien-Matching-Plattform unseres Proptech-Startup Property Captain verhelfen wir zudem Endkun
- den, ihren Wohntraum zu verwirklichen.

Wir beschäftigen rund 350 Mitarbeitende an 15 Standorten in der Schweiz und blicken auf eine 25-jährige
Geschichte zurück. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zürich suchen wir

**Head Finance 80-100% (all genders)**
- Diese
- **Aufgaben** erwarten dich- Verantwortlich für die gruppenweiten Bereiche Accounting und Controlling
- Erstellung der Monats-/Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR für die Holding
- sowie operativen Tochtergesellschaften der Gruppe (inkl. Konsolidierung)- Verantwortung über gruppeninterne Kostenallokationen und deren Verrechnungen
- Erstellung von Reportings zuhanden Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsführung
- Verantwortlich für Liquiditätsplanung und finanzielle Erwartungsrechnungen
- Erstellung des Budgets
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Jahresrevisionen
- Fachliche und personelle Führung von 5-6 Mitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen

**Voraussetzungen**, die dir den Start erleichtern- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Berufsbildung mit entsprechenden
- Weiterbildungen (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Experte Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder Ähnliches)- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einem Konzern mit mehreren Gesellschaften
- Bilanz
- und Abschlusssicherheit (OR & Swiss GAAP FER)
- Vertraut in der Anwendung und Optimierung von Standardbuchhaltungssoftware (Abacus und Luca
- net-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)- Erfahrung in der Projektführung, Begleitung von Revisionen und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
- und Kontrollen- Hohe IT-Affinität
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
