**Descrizione della posizione**
La risorsa inserita in questa posizione riporterà all'Head of Medical Affairs e sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività di Medical Affairs a livello globale per le aree di competenza Endocrinologia, Urologia e Dermatologia.

**Responsabilità**
- preparazione di materiale scientifico, monografie, manuali di training e tutta la documentazione scientifica necessaria a supporto della commercializzazione dei prodotti IBSA delle aree di competenza;
- realizzazione di eventi scientifici ed educazionali, aggiornamenti scientifici, interazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
- definizione e implementazione di strategie di comunicazione scientifica a livello globale;
- rappresentanza di IBSA in occasione di congressi e eventi scientifici internazionali;
- collaborazione con le funzioni di marketing e vendite per lo sviluppo di attività di Medical Affairs a supporto del business.

**Profilo richiesto**
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche (medicina, farmacia, biologia, ecc.);
- Master o PhD in ambito medico-scientifico;
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli di Medical Affairs in aziende farmaceutiche internazionali;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di relazione;
- Esperienza di lavoro in un ambiente multinazionale;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare.

**Competenze linguistiche**
- Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato;
- Conoscenza di altre lingue europee costituirà titolo preferenziale.
