Die Digitalisierung bietet uns neue Möglichkeiten für smarte Gebäude und Infrastrukturen. Sie tragen dazu bei, indem Sie das Produktmanagement des Service Portfolios der Smart Infrastructure Solutions and Services Organisation in der Siemens Regionalgesellschaft in der Schweiz verantworten.

Sie gestalten ein neues Team und evaluieren mit Ihrem Team neue Marktanforderungen, die Umsetzung in innovative Servicemodelle und die Weiterentwicklung des Service Portfolios im Kontext von Smart Infrastructure in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen zentralen Produktlinien sowie mit dem Digital Service Center innerhalb von Siemens.

**Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld**
- Verantwortung für die Markteinführungs
- und Implementierungsstrategie, die Standardisierung des Service Portfolios sowie die Modernisierungsstrategie des Lösungsportfolios und das dazugehörige Programm-Management bei Siemens Smart Infrastructure in der Schweiz
- Förderung des Skill Developments und des Engagements unserer Mitarbeitenden, der Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität in Einklang mit einer stetigen Steigerung unseres Geschäftserfolges im Bereich Service
- Förderung des profitablen Wachstums durch die Definition und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien für das Servicegeschäft von Siemens Smart Infrastructure in der Schweiz
- Förderung einer Service-Kultur in der Organisation, welche Innovationen und die digitale Service Transformation unterstützt

**Talente und Erfahrungen**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem anderen verwandten Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Customer Service, Produktemanagement oder General Management
- Vertrautheit mit Digitalisierungsthemen, wie digitale Plattformen und digitale Services
- Neugierde und Bereitschaft, sich in verschiedene Technologiebereiche einzuarbeiten
- Erfahrung in den Märkten der Gebäude-, Brandschutz-, Sicherheits
- oder Energietechnik
- Erfahrung im Management von Transformationsprojekten
- Proaktiv und enthusiastisch in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie eine enthusiastische Überzeugungsart
- Deutsch-, Englisch
- und nach Möglichkeit Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
