VOTRE RÔLE
- Soutenir le Store Manager dans toutes les questions techniques et opérationnelles pour une gestion optimale du restaurant ;
- Gérer endirecte les collaborateurs/trices ;
- Gérer les temps de travail du personnel ;
- Soutenirle Store Manager sur les questions administratives ;
- Collaborer activement au service et à la cuisine ;
- Transmettre à votre équipe les bons réflexes d'hygiène et de sécurité BURGER KING.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) ou équivalent ;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire et dans la restauration rapide ;
- Allemand(niveau C1 min.) + français et/ou anglais (un atout) ;
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft + connaissance de l'outil Mirus (un atout) ;
- Le sens des responsabilités ;
- Leadership, écoute, proactif, goût du challenge, autonome, orienté clients et solutions.
