Im Bereich People & Culture sind neben Human Resources auch die Fachthemen Leadership & Development, Diversity & Inclusion sowie Personal Integrity angesiedelt. Zur Führung des neunköpfigen Teams, das sich diesen Fachthemen annimmt, suchen wir den/die

Leiter\*in Organizational Culture

Aufgaben
- Personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Bereichs Organizational Culture
- Strategische Ausrichtung und Positionierung der oben genannten Fachthemen im Rahmen bestehender übergeordneter Strategien
- Aktive Förderung und Prägung der Kultur, der Diversität und der Führungskräfteentwicklung
- Entwicklung und interne Vermarktung der fachbezogenen Dienstleistungen rund um die Themen Organizational Culture
- Teilnahme an regelmässigen Management-Meetings
- Beobachtung und Implementierung von Trends innerhalb der Themengebiete
- Förderung einer aktiven Mitarbeitenden
- und Führungsentwicklung

Qualifikation

Voraussetzungen

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in «Leadership & Development» und haben grosses Interesse an den Fachbereichen «Diversity & lnclusion» sowie «Personal lntegritv». Sie haben eine akademische Laufbahn absolviert und idealerweise in einem der genannten Themenbereiche promoviert. Zudem bringen Sie ausgewiesene, mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit, sind versiert in der Konzeptentwicklung und stark in der Umsetzung der gesetzten Ziele. Sie verfügen zudem über die Fähigkeit Entwicklungen und Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen, um so Ihren Bereich bestmöglich zu positionieren. Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweizerischen Hochschullandschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

- und kundenorientierte sowie vernetzt denkende Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen geschickt zu agieren. Zudem verfügen Sie über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und finden leicht den Zugang zu den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen. Darüber hinaus sind Sie empathisch und haben ein gutes Gespür für die Mitarbeitenden auf den verschiedenen Ebenen sowie für die Unternehmenskultur. Ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch, die notwendige Gelassenheit, Authentizität sowie eine gute Resilienz sind ebenso unerlässlich.
