Bring to life what's next

  • Prepare, design and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on the organizational structure, the way of working and the culture
  • Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of Digital Transformations
  • Program and project management in national and international environments
  • Efficient linking between business and strategy
  • Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini strategy and approach
  • Business development utilizing a combination of the organization's broader preexisting relationships, company relationships and your own network
Your qualifications

  • Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or/ and master's degree in a renowned University in the field of Business Administration, Organization Studies, Change Management or Sociology.
  • Industry knowledge: several years of practical project experience (minimum 510 years) in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, Life Science; Practical experience and comprehensive knowledge in HR work, as well as in HR strategy, organization, and processes.
  • Consulting experience: solid consulting skills and an affinity to and thorough knowledge of project management and/or change management, and experience managing teams or project groups.
  • Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work. A structured and hands on work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and selfresponsibility to deadline.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German or French mandatory (C1 level), strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Digital affinity: Strong presentation skills and very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices and from home
