Deine Aufgaben

  • Outbound-Anrufe für Kampagnen (80% des Arbeitspensums)
  • Suche nach Unternehmensprofilen und Kontakten in unserer CRM-Datenbank sowie auf weiteren online Kanälen
  • Tägliche Betreuung von potenziellen Kunden
  • Ausgehende Qualitätsanrufe zur Kundengewinnung
  • Regelmäßige Aktualisierung, Optimierungen und Qualitätskontrollen der CRM-Daten
  • Qualitätsinputs für Kampagnen-Targeting
  • Sammeln neuer qualitativer Daten
  • Teilnahme an Marketing-Events, Messen und Promotionen (10% des Arbeitspensums)
  • Inputs für Marketing-Mix-Ideen
