About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist Supply Chain to join our team at Randstad - High. As a key member of our supply chain operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and coordinate change controls related to material management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish effective communication with internal stakeholders to identify and proactively support continuous improvements in material management processes.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams to drive projects related to material management, leveraging your expertise to drive process improvements.
  • Support the Compliance Team Leader with team KPI-reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function.
  • Adhere to safety, accident prevention, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform special and additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, with a focus on material management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Process Specialist working in material management projects, in a regulated industry.
  • Working experience with TrackWise, Comet, and TruVault is essential, with a strong understanding of SAP PP/MM.
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry in the GMP environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
