- Appliquer la stratégie définie avec les acteurs concernés sur la base du modèle de gouvernance VMO
- Être le point de référence au sein de l'organisation SI pour les fournisseurs concernés
- Gérer la communication en cas de crise avec les fournisseurs, notamment en maitrisant la chaine de communication et ses acteurs, ce en préservant les intérêts de Rolex
- Collecter, consolider et communiquer au niveau de la performance, des risques et du statut opérationnel, stratégique et commercial
- Assurer la constitution et la maintenance de la base contractuelle des fournisseurs concernés
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d'actifs informatiques pour s'assurer du suivi de la consommation et la conformité au(x) contrat(s)
- Contribuer à l'exécution d'une stratégie de sourcing et d'optimisation du portefeuille fournisseurs en collaborant avec les parties prenantes clé du SI et des achats informatiques
- Profil_
- Formation universitaire
- Expérience réussie de plus de 2 ans dans un poste similaire
- Compétence avérée de négociation dans la gestion des contrats et la résolution de crise
- Excellentes connaissances du domaine informatique et en particulier de l'industrie du numérique et des technologies, mais également des différents acteurs du marché
- Très bonnes capacités à évaluer les risques et proposer des solutions pratiques
- Aisance relationnelle, excellente écoute et sens de la communication
