A day in your future role as an Application Manager:

  • Responsible for the entire application lifecycle, from analysis to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.

Compliance Specific Tasks
  • Analyze and document Name Screening requirements, integrating screening processes into compliance systems and workflows.
  • Analyze, ensure, and maintain appropriate indicia in the CRM tool for AML Risk Scoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement AML Post-Transactional Analysis scenarios.
  • Maintain Risk Scoring frameworks, working closely with data teams to ensure accurate modeling and implementation.
  • Finalize the design of SWIFT Screening processes.
  • Contribute to Compliance Oversight Activities, gathering requirements and conducting gap analyses.
  • Assist in identifying and preventing Market Abuse by analyzing project needs, developing specifications, and supporting monitoring solutions.
Qualifications
  • Degree in computer engineering or a master's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance topics.
  • Knowledge of advanced systems methods, analysis, principles, and practices.
  • Knowledge of modeling principles and tools.
  • Experience preparing workflow mapping and analysis.
  • Experience with programming languages, server software, and systems.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles, systems programming, scripting, and DevOps methodology.
  • Comfort working with teams, clients, and vendors to identify and solve problems.
  • Leadership, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Organized and autonomous in solving problems.
  • Excellent priority management skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills that inspire technical teams to achieve project success.
  • Fluent French and English.
