About the job- Lead a team of several Studio Managers- Effectively coordinate the leadership team's priorities with the Creative Studio team's workflow and capacity- Receive and assess communication briefings, including but not limited to timelines, creative resources, and budget- Oversee external agencies' work and performance- Translate strategic briefings into creative ones- Support the team with complex interdisciplinary projects, ranging from communication campaigns to collaborations and events- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the team to ensure the creative vision is properly translated into each project/concept- Provide input on communication calendar and initiatives- Support internal stakeholders in the correct implementation of communication material across owned platforms as well as local markets

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, agency background preferred
  • Master's University degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Experience in leading a team and in working effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven record of managing creative/communication projects (preferably in the fashion and jewelry industry) from strategic brief to production and final delivery
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Excellent English proficiency, spoken and written
  • Agile and innovative mindset able to work hand-in-hand with the creative department
